Equipment Disassembly
Where the system needs to be moved or is at the end of life, the disassembly
procedure needs to be initiated. When performing both of the above tasks, you
need to dismantle the system.
To dismantle the system:
1. Remove the pendulum.
2. Disconnect the power and gas source of the system.
3. After system's electrical devices are powered off, switch off the main power
and disconnect all cables and gas source connections.
4. Disconnect all cables and gas pipes at the electric control box.
5. Cover the tester with dust covers such as plastic film. Put the equipment at a
well-ventilated location or place a dehumidifier next to the equipment.
6. Put all accessories and operation manuals at a clean, dust-free place, like the
toolbox.
Electrical components and parts may contain dangerous chemicals
and compounds.
Improper disposal of such chemicals and compounds may cause
injuries or even death. Moreover, they may contaminate soil, air, and
water.
So, always abide by local laws and regulations for the disposal of potentially hazardous
materials.
