Troubleshooting the Cellular I/O
Connection
Moxa provides the following checklist as a step-by-step troubleshooting guide. If you still can’t solve the
problem, please complete the checklist and mail it to Moxa. We will do a further analysis and then contact you
with the results.
Problem Description:

Can’t Power On

The W5300 always reboots

Can’t connect to the Cellular network

ioAdmin can’t find the device

Received error message “Failed to execute OPCENUM”
