

When removing/installing the dual-joint leg plate, be sure to grasp it with

both hands. Otherwise, it can fall and cause personal injury and/or property

damage.



Exercise caution when removing/installing the dual-joint leg plate. Do not

pinch yourself.



Placing the patient improperly can tip over the operating table. Be sure to

place the patient in the right direction. Do not place the patient’s trunk on

the dual-joint leg plate.



When using the dual-joint leg plate, be sure to cover it with a sterile surgical

drape.



The maximum load of the dual-joint leg plate is 35 kg. Do not use it beyond
