2.5.2 Extension Plate (optional)



When removing/installing the extension plate, be sure to grasp it with both

hands. Otherwise, it can fall and cause personal injury and/or property

damage.



Exercise caution when removing/installing the extension plate. Do not pinch

yourself.



The maximum load of the extension plate is 55kg. Do not use it beyond this

limit.



If accessories are used, make sure the weights of the accessories installed

on the extension plate and of the patient’s back add up no more than 55kg.



When using the extension plate, be sure to cover it with a sterile surgical

drape.



Each time before using the pad, check it carefully. Do not use the worn or

damaged pad.



Be sure to use the pad provided by Nanjing Mindray only.
