This section explains where you can find more information about your printer and get
assistance to solve problems.
Before Calling
Many problems results from cabling or electrical issues. Always check external con-
nections for power, data, and printer control. Reseat the connections as necessary.
Before contacting Microtech Technical Support, obtain the following:
Xstreamjet Serial Number • – found on the serial number tag affixed to the
back, bottom-left of the unit
Problem Description •
– a detailed statement of the problem(s)
experienced, including how long the condition has persisted and what
occurred prior to the onset of the problem

Support and trouble-shooting information is available from the following sources:
ImageMaker & Discprint online help • – the Microtech software
applications use an online help file.
Your Dealer •
– the dealer or systems integrator that supplied the unit to
you is often an excellent source for information.
