If no Mercedes me connect services are activated
and the data protection query has been confirmed,
the following data will be transferred:

If a call is made for a service appointment via the
service reminder, the following data is also trans-
mitted:

If a call was made via the multimedia system after
automatic accident or breakdown detection, the
following data is also transmitted:

If the Accident and Breakdown Management selec-
tion has been made via the voice dialogue system
and no service has been activated, but the data
protection query has been confirmed, the following
data can be additionally requested from the vehicle

the following data will be transferred to enable tar-
geted advice and a smooth service:

transmitted in order to enable an optimal service.

Data processing
The data transmitted as part of the call will be
deleted from the transmitting systems once the
call has been completed, provided they are not
used for other activated Mercedes me connect
services.
The case-related data will be processed and stored
in the Mercedes-Benz customer centre and, if nec-
essary for case processing, forwarded to the
service partners commissioned by the Mercedes-
Benz customer centre. Please refer to the data
protection information on the Mercedes me web-
site at https://www.mercedes.me or in the recor-
ded message immediately after the call to the
Mercedes-Benz customer centre has been set up.
