This type uses two sensors.
After the +(CW)side edge (point a) of the XNORG signal is detected, the -(CCW)
side edge (point b) of the XORG signal is detected.
The NORG sensor is one that holds a single pulse or the -(CCW)side level, and the ORG sensor is one that
generates a signal such as rotary axis slit cyclically.
