Note1: This origin signal is for the case where a stepping motor is used.
To use the Z phase signal of the encoder as an origin signal when a servo motor is used,
never connect the above signal.
Note2: All signals are insulated by coupler HIC, so an external power supply is required.
The input voltage specification is
+24V±2V
and the current consumption is 310mA MAX(at +24v) .
The CWLM, CCWLM and FSSTOP signals of each axis are ACTIVE OFF inputs.
Accordingly,even if all the above signals are not used, an external power supply must be connected.
