Searching a Point of Interest (POI) by a category

Sets the area in which the POIs should
be searched for.
• Each time you touch the touch
screen button, it changes the area in
the following order:
Around Vehicle Around Dest.
Along Route
• This touch screen button is available
only when a route is set.

Searches for destination from a POI
categories.

Searches for destination from POI
subcategories.

Select the desired destination
from the list.
• Each time you touch , it
changes the search area in the
following order:
: Search for POIs around the
current location.
: Search for POIs around the
destination.
: Search for POIs along the
route.
NOTE
• Touch , you can save the searched location (See page 4-24) or search for
POIs in surrounding areas on the location confirmation screen. (See page 4-23)
• Touch , you can filter search results to only the POIs including the name your
entered.
• Touch , you can call registered telephone numbers.
• is not displayed if you mobile phone is connected to the unit via Bluetooth
connection, or if the map data does not contain telephone number information.
