About Miracast
This application is for Wi-Fi connections only. It allows you to mirror your Android
smartphone's screen on this unit via Wi-Fi, letting you operate applications either via
this unit's touch screen or via your Android smartphone.
WARNING
• For your safety, you cannot display applications while the vehicle is moving.
• To view applications, stop your vehicle in a safe place and apply the parking brake.
• Do not connect or operate your Android smartphone while driving. Stop your
vehicle in a safe place before setting up your Android smartphone or performing
other tasks.
NOTE
• Miracast features are not available on all Android smartphones. Due to differences
in OS versions, Android smartphone specifications and device operation, tandem
operation support may not be available for some Android smartphones.
• Due to changes in product specifications, product features may differ from the
descriptions in this manual.
• This function is not available if the Android smartphone is not certified by Wi-Fi
Alliance
®
as Miracast device.
