1. To remove the variable frequency drive,

remove five T-20 screws securing the cover

to the back panel.

2. Support the cover when removing the last

screw. Remove the cover.

3. To remove the cover on the VFD, loosen

the Phillips head screw on the front. Pull the

cover off the front of the VFD.

4. Press the locking tab and disconnect the

communication cable.

5. Before disconnecting the other wires, take a

picture, or label the wires, to assist in proper

reassembly.

6. To disconnect the wires, use a small flat

blade screwdriver. Push in on the button

above the wire, and pull the wire out.

7. To access the supply power wires, remove

the lower cover. Push down on the lower

cover and pull the cover out.

8. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen

the screws above each wire. Pull the wires

down to remove them.

Electrical Shock Hazard

Disconnect power before servicing.

Failure to do so can result in death or

electrical shock.

Replace all parts and panels before

operating.
