CHeMiCaL inJeCTiOn

The chemical injection inlets are located in 

the top right back corner of the back panel. 

These inlets are closed off from the factory. 

Inlets must be drilled out before they can be 

used. The steam vent is part of the chemical 

injection mixing chamber.  

The liquid supply connection board is located 

behind a cover panel on the back upper 

panel.    There are 8 ports available for 

signals to dispenser pumps.  Each port has a 

corresponding LED to indicate when the port 

is active.  Supply signals are 24VAC with a 

maximum current of 10mA.  The Liquid Supply 

harness is routed through the controls tray 

and connects to J11 on the ACU.

uSB upDaTe prOCeDure

There are two USB ports available on the 

washer.  One is located inside the control 

panel and a second is on exterior of the upper 

back panel.  The USB port can be used for 

controls software installation and updates or to 

upload or download washer set-up to and from 

like washer models.  Refer to Programming 

Guide.
