5.  Insert the plug into the socket.
6.  Switch on the unit, setting the switch (7) to the 

“ON” position, the switch (6) should be in the 

 position.

7.  Use only the pusher (1) during operation of 

the unit.

Note:
-   For better meat processing slice it in 

cubes or stripes.

 

Defrost frozen meat.

-   During operation of the unit use only the 

pusher supplied with the mincer, do not 
use foreign objects to push the meat; do 
not push it with your hands.

8.  When you finish the operation, switch off the 

unit, setting the switch (7) to the “0” position 
and unplug the unit, and only after it you can 
start disassembling it.

9.  To remove the mincer head press the locking 

button (4), turn the mincer head (3) clockwise 
and remove it.

10. To disassemble the mincer, unscrew the nut 

(13) and take out the grate (10, 11 or 12), the 
blade (9) and the mixing screw (8) from the 
mincer head. Remove the remaining products 
from the mixing screw.

11.  Wash all removable parts in warm water with 

neutral detergent, rinse and dry thoroughly 
before assembling the unit.

MAKING SAUSAGES

Prepare minced meat.

Insert the mixing screw (8) into the mincer head

USING “KEBBE” ATTACHMENTS

Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked 
from the lamb meat, wheat flour and spices which 
are cut together to get a base for cooking of rolls.  
Rolls are filled and fried deep. You can make dif-
ferent delicacies with the help of this attachment.

Prepare the base for the cover.

Insert the mixing screw (8) into the mincer

groove on the attachment (16) matches the 
clamp on the mincer head, and slightly tighten 
the nut (13).
