Do not try to mince material with hard fiber like 

• 

ginger or horseradish.
To avoid block and jams inside the feeder 

• 

screw, avoid using excessive force to push 
meat.
If the unit gets blocked due to hard materials 

• 

lodged on to the feeder screw or cutting blade, 
immediately switch off the unit and remove the 
ingredient before starting again.
To switch to the REVERSE mode, switch off the 

• 

unit, setting the switch (7)  to the “0” position, 
then set the switch (6) to the “

” position and 

after 5-6 seconds pause, set the switch (7) to 
the “R” position, after removing the blockage 
set the switch (7) to the “0” position, and the 
switch (6) to the 

 position.

This unit is equipped with overheating protec-

• 

tion system. The system is intended for protec-
tion of electric motor from overheating and al-
lows prolonging its service life.
If during operation rotation of the mixing screw 

• 

(8) and the blade (9) suddenly stopped:

-    set the switch (7) to the “0” position, and take 

the plug out of the socket.

-   let the unit cool down for 50-60 minutes.
-   switch on the mincer again

Note:

 

-   If the protection system actuates very often, 

apply to the authorized service center.

PREPARATION OF THE MEAT MINCER

Before first use, please remove all packaging 

• 

material from the unit and wipe the body with 
a damp cloth.
Wash all removable parts in warm water with 

• 

neutral detergent, rinse and dry thoroughly 
before assembling the unit.

OPERATING THE MEAT MINCER

(general provisions)

The meat mincer is intended to mince bone-

• 

less meat for household use only.
Before using the appliance for the first time, 

• 

make sure that voltage in your mains corre-
sponds to the voltage specified on the unit.
After assembling the unit, place the mincer on 

• 

a flat dry surface.
Please ensure that the ventilation openings on 

• 

the body are not blocked.

Insert the plug into the socket.

• 

Place a bowl under the mincer head (3).

• 

Please ensure that the meat is thawed thor-

• 

oughly before mincing. Check the meat for 
bones and excess of fat. Clean the meat and 
cut into small cubes to fit the food tray. (2).
Switch on the unit, setting the switch (7) to the 

• 

“ON” position, the switch (6) should be in the 

 position.

Slowly feed the meat pieces into the food fun-

• 

nel (3) using the pusher (1).
Use only the pusher (1), supplied with the unit.

• 

Do not use foreign objects to push meat. Never 

• 

use your fingers to push the food down.
Do not apply excessive force when pushing 

• 

down the products.
Do not run the appliance for more than 5 min-

• 

utes continuously.
After 5 minutes of continuous use, allow the 

• 

appliance to cool down before further opera-
tion.
After you finish operating the unit, switch of the 

• 

unit setting the switch (7) to the “0” position 
and unplug it, only then you can start disas-
sembling it.

MEAT MINCING

1.  Insert the mincing screw (8) into the mincer 

head body (3), set the crossed blade (9), se-
lect the required grate (10, 11,12) and set it 
above the blade, by matching the grooves on 
the grate with the clamp on the mincer head 
(3), tighten the nut (13).

Attention!

-

   The meat will not be minced if the blade 

is mounted with the wrong side facing the 
screw (cutting side to the mixing screw). 

-   Do not tighten the nut strongly (13); tight-

en it completely after setting the head on 
the mincer.

-   Course (10) grates and medium grates 

(11) suit for processing raw meat, fish and 
ready products, vegetables, dried fruits, 
cheese, etc.

2.  Set the mincer head (3) turn it anti clockwise 

until it is fixed.

3.  Tighten the nut completely (13).
4.  Set the food tray (2) on the mincer head (3).
