Case # 3:
In 800x600 VGA resolution, the commands that need to be sent to the MCP are as follows:
POS:COMPUTERIN 0,0,799,599 (This is VGA screen size)
POS:COMPUTEROUT 0,0,719,479 (ZOOM: horizontal and vertical is 1-1, in top left corner)
DISPLAY:HFILT ON (To get rid of the shimmer then turn the VGA horizontal
filter on)

EXAMPLE 4:
In 1024x768 VGA resolution, the commands that need to be sent to the MCP are as follows:
POS:COMPUTERIN 0,0,1023,767 (This is VGA screen size)
POS:COMPUTEROUT 0,0,719,479 (ZOOM horizontal and vertical is 1-1, in top left corner)
DISPLAY:HFILT ON (To get rid of the shimmer then turn the VGA horizontal filter
on)

NOTE:

There will always be some amount of shimmering on a moving object in non One-To-One graphics
to video sizing mode. This is due to the filtering during graphics size conversion
into video
.
Some of
this shimmering can be reduced or eliminated by setting the key width to:
KEY:WIDTH NARROW
•
The DISPLAY:HFILT ON could be set to DISPLAY:HFILT OFF.
In the OFF position, the graphics will appear to be sharper.
There is not much of a difference between the ON and OFF position in the One-to-One mode.

NTSC video rate is 59.94 Hz. Some video card’s refresh rate can range from 59Hz or 61 Hz rate
when set to 60 Hz, The output may exhibit frequency beat due to the frame rate conversion. If you
are experiencing the problem at 60 Hz, try a different refresh rate.
•
For PAL, 720 x 576 is the One-to-One zoom area.
