Preventive Maintenance Schedule
WEEKLY
There is no weekly Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
MONTHLY
(Applies only
to the
INTEGRA 9500)
Using 60 to 80 PSI (400-480 kPa) of positive air flow,
clean the lens mounted inside the 9500 housing. This
ensures the removal of small particles on the surface
of the lens.
Vacuum the 2 air intake holes located under the main
housing; this removes any build-up of particles trapped
in the 2 filters.
ANNUALLY
There is no annually Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
BI-ANNUALLY
For Systems Using a DC Fluorescent Light Tray:
Replace the DC Fluorescent Light Tray every two
years. These special lights diminish in brightness over
the course of several years. Replacing the Light Tray
every two years ensures continuous calibration levels.
Replace the Calibration Conformance Test Card every
two years.
For Systems Using an LED Light Tray:
Replace the Calibration Conformance Test Card every
two years.
