Optional Features - Multi-Barcode Verification
Many application-specific labels have more than one barcode symbol printed on
it, such as shipping labels, blister packs, etc. The INTEGRA 9500/9505 has a
special optional feature designed to allow the user to verify multiple barcode
images in the field of view at the same time. These multiple barcode images can
all be the same symbology or they can all be different.
Important:
Multi-Barcode Verification is to be used as a process control tool
only and not for primary verification of barcodes.
After a specific multi-barcode label has been set up, the software automatically
saves the template to be reloaded at another time.
Verify Multi-BarCode Symbols:
Step 1:
Go to the
Setup Tab
screen and choose “Multiple sectors verification”
under the “Optional features” section (see below).
Step 2:
Choose to “Select an existing format” or “Create a new format”. Then
push the
OK
button (see below).
