INSPECTION

Check the drive belt for cracks, separation or
abnormal or excessive wear.

Replace a new belt at every 20,000km.

MOVABLE DRIVE FACE ASSEMBLY

Remove the pulley face, clutch outer, driven
pulley and belt.
Remove the movable drive face assembly.
Remove the drive pulley collar.

DISASSEMBLY

Remove the ramp plate.

Remove the weight rollers.
