4.0 Execution of the Watchdog Timing

test of the processor system DAVID-613 is possible it to limit all running
times for the next trip on 1,0 seconds.

All running times are set on one second

Call input by lowest/ highest call at the top side of the DAVID-613 central processing unit in the
menu C-Diagnosis /C- Call input

Unblocking the plant by In-/ Off switching the switch S33 or releasing of the reset in the menu C-
Diagnosis / C0-Reset

4.1 Carrying out the buffer trip
In the submenu C41 Buffer drive car of the processor system DAVID-613 it is possible to drive with the
return control downwards with the nominal speed without delay to the car buffer.
1 Switch on the S61 return control
2 In the DAVID-613 processor system, set the menu C-Diagnosis/ TÜV Acceptance, C41 Buffer Run Car.
3 Move the car with the return control in downward direction onto the buffer.
4 After the test has been completed, move the car up out of the buffer using the return control.
5 Switch off the return control S61. The control returns to normal operation
4.2 Carrying out the buffer run Counterweight
In the submenu C42 Counterweight buffer run of the DAVID-613 processor system, it is possible to run
with the return control downwards at the nominal speed without delay to the counterweight buffer.

Switch on the S61 return control

In the DAVID-613 processor system, set the menu C-Diagnose/ TÜV-Abnahme, C42-Puffergahrt Counter-
weight.

Move the car with the return control in upward direction until the counterweight rests on the buffer.

After the test has been completed, drive the car down out of the buffer using the return control.
5
Switch off the return control S61. The control returns to normal operation.
