In order to maintain a visual presentation of your vessel’s previous movements, you can
draw these with a line. This line is drawn after the vessel symbol in the sonar views, and
visualizes your past movements. We refer to this line as the
History Line .
Description
The history line shows you the historic
movements of your own ship. The line
is drawn after the vessel symbol. When
the history line is active, the length (in
minutes) of the line can be defined.
• Select
Clear History Line
to delete the
current line.
• Set
History Line Length
to a value that meets your preferences.
• Set
History Line Length
to 0 (zero) to disable the history line.
Tip
The
Minute Markers
function adds markers to the history line. These markers indicate how
far you have sailed in the last few minutes. The minute markers are shown as small circles
on the history line. The
Minute Markers
function is located on the
Visual Objects
menu.
