Device - Printer tab The Enhanced Printer provides a vertical print capability and supports
alphanumeric characters, date, image address, time, document count
and a custom message. All print information is captured in the image
header of each document.
Print on sheet of paper — turns printing on for the physical sheet of
paper.
NOTE: The Print on sheet of paper option is displayed only if the
optional printer accessory has been purchased and installed. .
Print on front image — turns digital printing on for all front images.
Print on back image — turns digital printing on for all back images.
NOTE: Printing may be overridden from the scanner’s Operator Control
Panel.
Level to configure — select the level of the document that you want
the specified print string to be printed on. For example, if you use three
level image addressing, you can print the date on your level 3
document, nothing on level 2 and document count on level 1. If you
want all the print strings to be the same for all levels, then select
All
levels match .
NOTE: This option is only available when Format is set to Image
Address on the Indexing tab.
Template: Format — allows you to define your print string. The
maximum amount of characters for the print string is 40 characters
(including spaces).
