Search — indicates where on the sheet of paper to look for the sorting
barcode.
• Side : select which side of the paper to look on, for the sorting
barcode.
- Both : look on both sides of the paper. It does not matter which
side the barcode is on.
- Front : only look for barcode on the front side of the paper.
- Back : only look for barcode on the back side of the paper.
• Orientation : select the orientation for the barcode. Only barcodes in
the selected orientation will be checked against barcode sorting
criteria.
- Horizontal
- Vertical
- Both
• Area : select the portion of the paper to search.
- Entire Document
- Part of Document
• Origin (x, y) : (x) is the distance from the left edge of the image
and (y) is the distance from the top edge of the image.
• Size (w, h) : the width and height of the area to search, relative
to the transport.
• Location : select the position within the search area where the
barcode needs to be. Search for barcode will proceed from upper left
to lower right on the image.
- Any : indicates the barcode can be anywhere within the search
area
- 1 : must be the first barcode in the search area
- 2 : must be the second barcode in the search area
- etc.
NOTES:
• Location is not available when Barcode is None Detected .
• Location is not available when Area is Part of Document .
• Use Location options if there are multiple barcodes on the
sheet of paper and you want to sort based on a specific one.
For example, if there are three barcodes down the center of the
paper and you want to sort based on the middle one, then you
would select
