13. Set the high and low pressure control valves on the hydraulic manifold to the minimum
setting by turning then counter-clockwise.
If the machine is equipped with proportional pressure control, adjust the high pressure
setting on the Pressure Control Screen.
14. Set the compensators to the minimum setting by turning the adjusting screws counter-
clockwise.
15. Select high pressure operating mode on the display panel and set the high pressure control
valve on the hydraulic manifold to the maximum setting by turning the knob clockwise.
If the machine is equipped with proportional pressure control, adjust the high pressure
setting on the Pressure Control Screen.
16. Turn the adjusting screw on the high limit compensator clockwise until the hydraulic
reference gauge reads 3,000 psi (207 bar) for 30, 50 and 60 horsepower models, or 2,600
psi (179 bar) for 100 horsepower models.
17. Select low pressure operating mode on the display panel and turn the adjusting screw on
the low limit compensator clockwise until the reference gauge reads 290 psi (20 bar).
Lock the adjustment screw in place.
18. Select high pressure operating mode on the display panel and turn the knob on the high
pressure control valve counter-clockwise until the reference gauge reads 2,000 psi (138
bar).
If the machine is equipped with proportional pressure control, adjust the high pressure
setting on the Pressure Control Screen.
19. Open the high pressure water control valve, allowing water to flow. Set the desired high
operating pressure by adjusting the high pressure control valve.
If the machine is equipped with proportional pressure control, select the high operating
pressure on the Pressure Control Screen.
