5.3.1. Querying Operating Hours
Press the
key. The screen displays:

By pressing
again and pressing the arrow
keys,
you can display the operating hours
for valves 1 to 4 successively. Next, the total
operating hours of the compressor are displayed.
Press
once to return to the "Operating Hours
Display." Press
to go to the "Manual Mode"
menu.
Press
again to display the number of
operating hours of valve 1 (charging). By
pressing the arrow keys
, you can
access the number of operating hours of the
remaining valves, the compressor, the UV
module, and the pump for phosphate
precipitation in succession. In addition, the
utilization of the plant is displayed.
By pressing the
button, you return to
the maintenance level. Pressing it once
more sets the automatic mode again.
Note:
If you do not press any button for 10 min., normal operation is started automatically.
5.3.2. Manual Control of the Valves and the Cabinet Fan in "Manual Mode"
Each valve should run at least 5 seconds when tested as the monitoring of the current
consumption of the valves requires some time before a possible malfunction is detected.
Following the valves, the cabinet fan, if present, can also be triggered and checked.
In automatic mode, press
