Connection to the output terminals
WARNING
•
To avoid electric shock, turn off the POWER switch when
connecting the load.
•
After connecting the load cable, mount the output terminal cover.
CAUTION
•
To assure a good connection of the load cable to the output
terminals, use crimped terminals.
In general, the chassis ground terminal should be connected to the + (pos.) or - (neg.)
terminal using a supplied shorting bar. Otherwise, outputs may suffer larger ripples.
The PAD-L series's specifications are based on the assumption that the - (neg.)
terminal is connected to the chassis ground terminal. For details, see 2.6 "Grounding
the output terminal".
