When Dismantling
The numerical sequence shown on the illustration is
intended as a guide to dismantling.
For assembly the sequence should be reversed.
A suitable press will be required to remove and replace stub
axle

Fit bushes

with open ends of grease grooves
facing the axle beam.
Add shims

as required to give zero to 0.1mm (0.004in)
clearance between axle beam and bearing

Apply JCB Lock and Seal to threads of bolt

Pack JCB Special MPL Grease into hubs
