Dismantling and Assembly
Fitting Spool Seal
Use the procedure described below to correctly install the
valve spool seals:

Lubricate the spool, bore and O-ring groove with JCB
Hydraulic Fluid. Move the spool to the position shown
and then install the O-ring

in its groove.

Move the spool to the position shown and then install
the O-ring
B
. It is important to note that the spool must
not be moved beyond the position shown, otherwise
the edge of the spool (face
C
) may damage the first
fitted O-ring (item
A
).

Position the spool in its central position as shown. Re-
assembe the centering assembly, dust boot etc as
detailed previously in this section.
