3000 Micro GC Operating Manual

Turn 3000 Micro GC on.

Wait three minutes until 3000 Micro GC has fully powered up.

Use EZ IQ software to load the desired method.

Power on the Heated Vaporizer.

Wait approximately five minutes for the Heated Vaporizer Assembly to stabilize
at operating temperature.

Make sure the sample vessel stopcock is closed and the relief valve is turned
fully to

Sample

Connect the sample vessel to the filter disconnect assembly on the Heated
Vaporizer. See

Figure 8-35

Open the stopcock on the sample vessel.

Slowly turn the relief valve toward

Vent

until a small but steady flow is vented

and allow the sample to purge the line for approximately thirty seconds.

Turn the relief valve to

Sample

Use EZ IQ software to load the desired method and perform the analysis.

When the analysis is complete, close the stopcock on the sample vessel.
