Health of standby CP.
v
HA synchronization status.

Note the following about this output:
v
A warm recovery typically does not disrupt traffic flow.
v
A cold recovery is usually a result of a reboot of the active CP, which disrupts traffic.
v
A lack of HA synchronization can be related to a firmware download in progress or that the device is
recovering from a reboot or power-cycle.
