Operate the Plasma System

Operator Manual

Powermax65/85/105 SYNC

Install the cartridge

Cartridges are not preinstalled on new
torches.

Make sure that the power switch on
the plasma power supply stays
OFF (

Make sure that the torch-lock switch
on the torch is set to the yellow
lock (

) position.

If this is a new torch, remove the vinyl
cap from the torch.

Install the correct Hypertherm
cartridge for your cutting or gouging
application.


