Put base B upside down and secure base B to the fixing plate on the top of the cabinet using
M8 x 20 bolt assemblies, as shown in
Figure 5-10

Step 4
Place the cable ladder on bases. The distance between the cable ladder front and the base front
is 535 mm.
Step 5
Secure the cable ladder to bases using conversion brackets and M8 x 20 bolt assemblies.
Step 6
Connect a ground cable between the M8 ground bolt of the cable ladder and the M6 ground
bolt of a base.
Step 7
Connect bases to the M6 ground screws in the cabinets using ground cables.

5.3 Installing Cable Trays in Scenarios with Columns
Context
The BOM numbers of cable trays for scenarios with columns and 390 mm high cable trays are
the same.
Procedure
Step 1
Connect ground cables to a cable tray.
Step 2
Move the cable tray onto cabinets. For details about how to install the cable tray, see
Installing 390 mm High Cable Trays (for 2 m and 2.2 m High Cabinets)
and
mm High Cable Trays (for 2.2 m High Cabinets)
. Select cable trays based on the cabinet
height.
