Syntax

mod trapdest -oldip IPADDRESS -newip IPADDRESS
[-community COMMUNITY_NAME]

Example

Command

mod trapdest -oldip 16.129.99.70 -newip 16.129.99.75

Purpose

Modifies the IP address and/or the community name of the trap recipient. If you do not
include the

-community

parameter, the community name is associated with the new IP

address.

Trap destination 16.129.99.70 successfully changed to
16.129.99.75 in community PRIVATE.
