for tape motion commands. "
xxm"
is the length of the currently loaded
cartridge. For example, "Ready
125m" will be displayed when a
DDS-3 (125m) cartridge is loaded.
If a write-protected cartridge is
loaded, the "
Ready xxm"
message
alternates with the "
Read Only"
message.
