Displaying Several Stored Files
You can display up to six stored files at a time. To display
another stored file :
• Press the SHIFT and FILE keys simultaneously to
display the
File Type
menu.
• Choose the appropriate file type and highlight the
file you wish to display in the
File List
menu.
• Press the F6
View
function key. The file is displayed
in a File View window.
Scrolling through display windows
You can scroll through all the files open for display.
• Repeatedly press the MODE key to cycle through
the File View windows. The name of the displayed
file is shown at the top of the window.
Working with Stored Traffic Files
Stored Frame Relay traffic files are displayed in a
window similar to the Traffic window - please refer to
Understanding the Traffic display in Chapter 5 for a detailed
explanation of this window.
Displaying Data in Full or Summary Decode Format
You can display stored traffic files in either summary decode
format (which is the default) or in full decode format.
Summary decode provides a partial decode of the Frame
Relay traffic; full decode expands the data to give more
detailed information and is particularly useful for
troubleshooting. Refer to Displaying Full or Summary
Decode Data in Chapter 5 for further information.
• Choose the F2
Summary/ Full decode
function key
to toggle between Summary or Full Decode display.
