Resetting the Statistical Counters
• Press F3
Reset All Statistics
to reset all the statistical
counters back to zero.
Accessing Test Mode
• Press F5
Test
to display the
Test Results/Status
menu
for the highlighted DLCI. Please refer to Section 3 -
Performing Tests for further information.
Displaying Call Information
You can display information about an SVC call for a
particular DLCI from the
DLCI Management
window.
The
Detailed Call Information
window is displayed.
This tells you about the current state of the call,
including the number called, the number calling, sub-
address details and any call clearing cause codes.
This window also displays the parameters requested
during call setup (such as frame size and throughput)
together with the actual parameters granted by the
network during call connection. You may find it useful to
compare these parameters and examine any differences
between them.
To display the
Detailed Call Information
window:
• Highlight the DLCI you want call information on in
the
DLCI Management
window.
• Press F6
Call Information
to display the following
screen.

Note
Call information is not provided for PVCs, fixed DLCIs
or DLCIs in Monitor mode. If no information is available
No Call Info Available for this DLCI
is displayed. Press F1
or F6 to exit this warning box.
