Network requirements
Configure a static route to subnet 14.1.1.0/24 on Switch A and configure a static route to subnet
13.1.1.0/24 on Switch B. Both routes have BFD control packet mode enabled. When the link between
Switch A and Switch B fails, BFD can detect it immediately.
