Brake system
The reloading wagon is equipped with
a pneumatic dual-circuit brake system with
spring-accumulator brake cylinder.

Brake pressure control
The brake system in the Titan 34 UW is load
dependent.
When filling the wagon, a valve (A) in he hopper
is actuated, which in turn adjusts the brake valve
(B). This increases the brake pressure. This has
the purpose of being able to brake the loaded
Titan reliably in the field.
With empty hopper, just like in road transport,
the brake is operated with lower pressure to
prevent the wagon from being overbraked and
to ensure its driving stability.

Hitching up
The tractor must always be secured with the
parking brake when hitching up.
When hitching up connect the coupling head
"Brake" (yellow) first and then the coupling
"Provision" (red).
Press the parking brake button up and release
the parking brake.
Unhitching
The tractor must therefore always be secured
with the parking brake when unhitching.
When unhitching disconnect the red coupling
first and the yellow one after.
The machine always needs to be secured with
the parking brake (2), to prevent the reloading
wagon from rolling away in case of a pressure
loss in the service brake.
For this purpose pull the parking brake button
(2) down.
