Loosen the fastening screws.

Insert the desired number of shims .

Fasten the adjustment shims again with the
screws.

Notes on adjustment
¾
If the guidance of the rubber tracks is warmer
on the inside, one must insert more adjust-
ment shims into the front gap between the
two hollow sections.
¾
If the guidance of the rubber tracks is warmer
on the outside, one must insert more adjust-
ment shims into the rear gap between the two
hollow sections.
Checking the alignment
While travelling, the belts move to and fro. The
alignment of the belts must be changed.

Hitch the reloading wagon to the tractor.
¾
Drive about 400 m on reinforced and level
ground.
¾
Check the guiding of the track belts on both
sides. If one of the sides is considerably
warmer than the other, the track belt will
pull towards the warmer side and needs to
readjusted.
During use, an especially during the first
15 operating hours, initial wear traces, such as
outbreaks on the guide bars can be noticed.
The caterpillar track shows wear on both sides.
However, the two sides of the track wear off with
different intensity.
Aligning caterpillar
undercarriages
The track of the caterpillar undercarriage is ad-
justed on the half axle of the reloading wagon.
The two hollow sections of half axle and machine
frame have a slight clearance to each other.
Adjustment shims are attached to be used as
compensation.

Further adjustment shims can be inserted be-
tween the hollow sections, in order to adjust the
track of the caterpillar undercarriages.

Move the reloading wagon slightly back or
forward to create a gap between the hollow
sections at the desired location, so that further
shims can be inserted.
¾
Secure the machine against rolling away.
