NOTE
Temporarily leaving the driver's seat for less
than 8 seconds is not detected as a driver
change and no automatic weight adjustment
will take place.
The adjustment procedure must be com-
pleted before starting to drive.
It is important to seat calmly in the driver's seat
throughout the adjustment process. The adjust-
ment period may vary.
Fine tuning of the adjustment takes place while
driving. The compressor of the suspension
system is automatically switched on for this
purpose.
It is normal that the compressor starts several
times.
4.4.3 Height setting

Press the height setting handle (1) down or
pull it up to change the seat height infinitely.

Release the handle (1) when the desired seat
height is reached.
NOTE
The settings process should take place after the
automatic weight adjustment is completed and
must be finished before starting to drive.
4.4.4 Shock damping
Vertical damping of the driver's seat can be
adapted to the carriageway or terrain conditions.
The suspension comfort can be individually ad-
justed in 5 stages by using the rotary handle (2).

4.4.5 Longitudinal horizontal
suspension
Under certain operating conditions the horizontal
suspension is beneficial for the driver.
Shock loads in travel direction can be absorbed
much better.

Once the position (b) has been set, the locking
lever must engage in the desired position.

Press the seat backward until it engages
audibly
After locking it should be impossible to move
the horizontal suspension to any other position.
