11.3.5 Assembling and cleaning
nozzles
CAUTION
CAUTION Spraying mixture running out!
Use appropriate protective outfits. Catch running
out spraying mixture in a suitable container and
dispose of.
1.
Insert the nozzle filter (optional) (1) into the
nozzle body (2) from underneath.
2. Insert the nozzle (3) into the bayonet nut (4).
3. Insert the rubber seal (5) above the nozzle.
4. Press the rubber seal into the seat of the
bayonet nut.
5. Attach the bayonet nut to the bayonet con-
nection.
6. Turn the bayonet nut against the stop position.

11.3.6 Changing nozzles

Turn the nozzles each by approx. 45° (to end
position) to remove and install.
¾
Use the delivered tool for this purpose:
11.3.7 Cleaning nozzles
The machine is equipped with a compressed
air gun for cleaning or blowing out the nozzles.
¾
Clean the nozzles, if required.
¾
Do not damage nozzles and nozzle filters
when cleaning.
11.3.8 Disassembling the
diaphragm valve in case of
dripping nozzles
Deposits on the diaphragm seat (6) are the
cause of nozzles dripping after the folding boom
has been switched off.
In this case clean the corresponding diaphragm
as follows:
1.
Unscrew the control valve (7) from the noz
-
zle body (2).
2.
Take out the diaphragm (8).
3. Clean the diaphragm seat (6).
4. Assembly takes place in reverse order.
