3) Spraying operation

pressure builds up in the nozzle line and wash is
pressed into the nozzles from both sides.
4) Circulation
With the nozzles switched off, the circulation
valve

is in position

, so that the wash
flows through the nozzle line back into the tank.
This prevents the formation of deposits. Wash
is immediately available at the nozzles when
switching on.
Due to the permanent circulation of the biocata-
lyst through the complete nozzle pipe while the
sprayer is switched off, wash is permanently
applied to the nozzle.
Even when switching on individual sections or
the entire spraying line for the first time, the
biocatalytic solution is directly and well mixed
available.
This circulation successfully prevents the forma-
tion of deposits and blockage.
