7.4 Drive slippage control
The self-propelled machine comes with fully
automatic drive slippage control (ASR).
NOTE
Manual intervention in difficult terrain is not
required!
7.5 Travel modes
With the self-propelled crop protection sprayer
one differentiates between two different travel
modes. Switching between road travel mode
and field mode is possible.
The control for setting the undercarriage, track
as well as rear axle steering is made via the
rotary/push button (a) on the multi-function con-
trol panel and is displayed on the dashboard.
Switching to the desired travel mode is done via
the console switch (b).

7.5.1 Road mode
With road mode activated, the rear axle is rigid.
Only the front axle will be used for steering.
Maximum speed can be used.
NOTE
Activation of the road mode is only possible after
the undercarriage has been fully lowered, the
track completely retracted and the rear axle is
in the centre position!
7.5.2 Field mode
When the field mode is activated, rear axle steer
-
ing can be enabled, the track extended and the
height of the undercarriage changed.

Rear axle steering can be activated or deacti-
vated via the button (c) or rotary/push button
(a) on the multi-function control panel and is
displayed on the dashboard.

Press button (c) to activate rear axle steering.

Pressing the button (c) again deactivates rear
axle steering.

With travel speeds of less than 5 km/h the but-
ton (c) must be pressed and held, until the rear
axle has reached its target position.
This serves as a safety control to avoid per-
sonnel damage.
