2. Operation Procedure
2-1 Binding Operation Procedure
2-1-4 Standby Mode
WARNING
- Even in the standby mode, the melt
tank is heated.Keep your hands and
fingers away from the glue tank. Other-
wise severe personal injury can result.
Press the standby switch whenever machine
operation is to be suspended for a while. In
the standby mode,the temperature of the melt
tank is lower than that for normal operation
to minimize deterioration of glue.In addition,
when the machine is not operated for two
hours or more, turn off power switch.

Press the standby switch.
- The machine enters the in standby mode
and the standby lamp lights.
2.
Release the machine from the standby
mode by pressing the standby switch once
again.
- The melt tank starts to heat up again the
standby lamp gone out.
NOTES
- Binding operation can be performed after
the light starts blinking in the clamper close
button.
- It takes about 7 minutes to heat up the glue
tank to the temperature required for binding.
