Spine Cooling Blower Pipe
Air blown from this pipe cools
the spine of the perfect bound
book.
Cover Stopper
The cover is aligned with this
stopper which is adjustable to suit
cover size.
Breaker
Refer to “3-6 Resetting the breaker”(p.30)
for operating details.
Trimmings Bag
Trimmings are collected in this bag,
which should be emptied sufficiently
often to maintain adequate suction.
Operation Panel
The machine is operated from this panel.

Nipper Pressure Adjustment Knob
The knob is used to adjust the nipper
pressure. The nipper pressure in-
creases when the knob is turned
clockwise. When the nipper pressure
is too weak, the binding quality may
deteriorate.
