4.Trouble Shooting
4-1 Troubleshooting
Symptom
Remedy
No lamps light.
Binding cannot
be restarted.
Indication Cause
Machine does
not start.
Stop button was
pressed.
Release stop button.
Start lamp does not
light.
Cover setting is not
correct, or cover is too
small.
Set cover in proper position (it
must be over sensor).
Either of the start lamp
or reset lamp lights.
No lamps light.
Standby lamp lights.
Only power lamp
light.
Start lamp lights.
Roughening cutter
monitor lamp lights.
Some circuit breakers
(Q01,Q02,Q04) are off.
Roughening cutter
stopped at middle of
two roughening cutter
guides.
Roughening guides are
open.
Standby switch was
pressed.
Standby mode is set.
Power supply is tempo-
rarily shut off.
Reset circuit breaker.
Set roughening cutter switch
on and off several times until
monitor lamp goes out.
Close roughening guides.
Wait for a while.
Press standby switch and wait
for a while.
Wait for a while.
Machine cannot
be reset. Reset lamp lights.
Guard plate is tilted.
Reposition guard plate.
Sheets remain in
clamper.
Roughening guides are
open.
Close roughening guides.
Remove sheets in clamper.
Standby lamp lights. Standby mode is set.
Press standby switch and wait
for a while.
No lamps light.
Power supply is tempo-
rarily shut off.
Wait for a while.
Standby switch was
pressed.
Roughening cutter
monitor lamp and
reset lamp light.
Roughening cutter
