a. GENERAL SYMPTOMS AND PROBABLE CAUSES
Engine does not start or is hard to
start.
CARBURETOR NEEDLE VALVE
AREA contains stale gasoline, or
no fuel reaches the carburetor.
Drain old fuel. Check and clean
