b. LOWER CRANKCASE REMOVAL
1. Remove the two 5 x 20 mm socket bolts and the four
5 x 30 mm socket bolts.
2. Remove the oil tube
.
3. Insert a screwdriver or equivalent tool into the recess as
shown, and remove the lower crankcase from the cylinder
block.
c. OIL OUTLET VALVE DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the two 4 x 8 mm screws and oil outlet valve
assembly.
2. Remove the 3 x 5 mm screw, stopper plate, oil outlet valve,
and oil outlet valve plate.
3. Check the oil outlet valve and stopper plate for
contamination and foreign material.
