Section 7 RAM

7.1

Overview

The H8/3822R and H8/3823R have 1 kbyte of high-speed static RAM on-chip, and the H8/3824R,
H8/3825R, H8/3826R, and H8/3827R have 2 kbytes. The RAM is connected to the CPU by a 16-
bit data bus, allowing high-speed 2-state access for both byte data and word data.
