Zero adjustment corrects for voltage offset at the input terminals, so that the
relative potential of the instrument is zero volts.
Perform the zero adjustment procedure when using the instrument in a loca-
tion where the ambient temperature is markedly different.
2.5 Zero Adjustment
Any zero-adjust setting is cleared upon system reset (p. 153).
Turn on the power and wait for 30 minutes to stabilize the internal
temperature of the instrument.
With the Waveform or
[CH]
screen displayed, press and hold these
keys simultaneously for one second.
The Zero Adjust dialog appears.
