How to measure the tempera-
ture of an object having ap-
plied voltage?
The instrument provides this func-
tionality. Since the maximum chan-
nel-to-channel and channel-to-
ground voltage is 30 V rms AC or 60
V DC, exercise caution not to ex-
ceed those levels. When exceeding
them, take steps to prevent the volt-
age from being applied to the instru-
ment, for example by using an
ungrounded thermocouple.

What is the maximum measur-
ing time using the battery
pack?
The maximum measuring time is
about 2.5 hours (25
